Non running day

No running today, but I did do 150 crunches, 29 3/4 pull-ups, 60 side planks (30 on each side), and 60 heel raises (30 on each foot). I do the pull-ups laying on my back, my legs being supported by a pilate ball, and pull up my body using the top bar from my ab roller.
