I ran 5 easy miles this afternoon. Everything felt great and the Pearl shoes, that I thought were no going to work, out felt good today. Tomorrow I am starting my Art Appreciation class so there will be no running. I am planning around 6 for Friday.
This evening I was able to do 150 crunches and 25 squats. I going to try and increase the crunches by 25 a week and the squats by 10 a week.
